Credit Card Policy

Credit and debit cards will be accepted only for services $125 and up.

Checks cannot be held and will be deposited the night of.

Gratuity will not be accepted on cards.

We will still accept card for product purchases.

All services under $125 and tips will be accepted in cash or check form.

 

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Appointments not cancelled within 24 hours notice will be charged a $25 fee.

Customers who “no show” will not be allowed to book ahead for future appointments, only day of appointments will be available.

If a client is late to an appointment it will no longer be honored and will have to be rescheduled.

 

We pride ourselves on running on time and giving our clients the best experience possible. To achieve this, we count on our clients to be timely. Card fees are outrageous for a small business such as ours. These policies allow us to avoid raising prices. Thank you for your compliancy and understanding. We value each and every one of you!
